Elevate your healthy snacking game by switching up your popcorn seasonings.  Air popped popcorn is a low-calorie snack that is also high in fiber. 

Ingredients

  • For the Chili & Lime:
  • 2 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder
  • .
  • For the (Non-dairy) Cacio & Pepe:
  • 2 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or EVOO spray to coat
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • .
  • For the Sea Salt & Vinegar:
  • 2 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 tsp malt or cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp fine grain sea salt

Instructions

For any of the above, drizzle wet ingredient on popped corn. Stir. Add dry seasoning. Toss to coat. Enjoy!
